You may return any item purchased on teliime.com within 14 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below.

How to Return an Item

① Submit a Return Request

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at  Contact within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
＊Please do not send items back without prior return approval, as they will not be accepted.

② Receive Return Approval

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return confirmation email with detailed instructions for your return.

③ Prepare the Item for Return

Please ensure that the item:

    • Is unworn and unused
    • Has all original tags attached
    • Is returned in its original packaging
    • Is accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Teliime takes full responsibility for the return label and associated shipping costs for orders returning.

④ Return Shipping & Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

⑤ Refund Processing

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.

⑥ Refund Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Accessories or items that directly touch the skin
